What we collect

From the free-test form: your business name, your name, your email, your business phone, your website (optional), your main county, and the link you came from. If you become a client, we also collect the intake details listed in our terms, such as your contractor registration number and office hours.

Why

To run your free speed-to-lead test, send you the report, and, if you become a client, build and run your automations and bill you. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

Where it is kept and who sees it

In Autonna's private client records and our business email account. Only the Autonna team sees them. Service providers that run the automations (such as our phone, texting and AI voice providers) process only what each automation needs.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We may count visits with a cookie-free analytics tool that does not identify you. The demo receptionist runs on ElevenLabs; conversations with the demo are processed by ElevenLabs to answer you.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your details at bisi@getautonna.com. We delete them within 30 days, keeping only invoices where the law requires it.
