Terms of service

Version 1.1 · 7 November 2026 · applies to New Jersey roofing automations. Change from v1.0 (approved 28 October 2026): business name changed from Omnireach to Autonna and contact email updated; no other changes.

  1. Billing. Monthly fees are billed in advance by card or ACH through Stripe. The one-time setup fee ($997) is due at signing.
  2. Pilot. The pilot costs $1,497 and covers 30 days and 2 automations. If you start a monthly plan within 14 days of the pilot ending, the pilot fee replaces the setup fee.
  3. Term. Plans are month to month after the first month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. There are no refunds for partial months.
  4. Founding rate. The first 5 clients keep their plan price for 12 months.
  5. Usage. Each plan includes texting, calling and AI voice usage up to: Starter $40, Growth $60, Pro $75 a month at cost. Usage beyond that is billed at cost plus 20%, and we tell you before it happens.
  6. Texting registration. We register your texting brand and campaign with the mobile carriers. Approval takes 1 to 4 weeks and is outside our control. Text automations go live after approval; calls and email can start sooner.
  7. Your part. You confirm that the people we text for you agreed to hear from you, and you give us your New Jersey home improvement contractor registration number (13VH). That number appears in every first text to a consumer, as New Jersey law requires.
  8. Reviews. Review requests go to every customer. We never filter out unhappy customers and never offer incentives for reviews.
  9. Ownership. You own your contacts, your data and your phone number. If you cancel, we export your data and help move your number.
  10. Results. We promise reply speed and follow-up, not a number of jobs or revenue. Results depend on your pricing, your crew and your follow-through.

Free speed-to-lead test

One free test per business. We send one web inquiry and place one after-hours call to your published contact points, then email you a one-page report. We never use or change your phone number, website or accounts during the test.
